HOTMELT Facility Overview

The facility is equipped with a total of two hot melt laminating systems and auxiliary equipment.
Combined with DKTNC's technical expertise, it produces various types of 2-layer and 3-layer products.

Drum Melt Part

This is where the adhesive is melted and pumped.
Environmentally friendly adhesives are used, and it is crucial to select the appropriate adhesive for each application.

Coating Head & Control Part

Adhesive transported from the drum melt system is applied at this point.
The coating process is finely adjusted through IT controls, ensuring strong adhesive strength. It can also be applied to materials sensitive to heat or tension without any issues.

Web Guide Part

This is where the backing fabric for bonding is fed.
The upper mesh belt ensures stable feeding.

Winding Part

After the adhesive process, the final winding of the product takes place here.
Additionally, DKTNC's differentiated post-processing system allows for various additional processes such as water repellency and cutting.
