First Coating Head: This unit casts the skin layer of the Evapora Membrane, forming a film with a thickness of 6~8㎛. It ensures a uniform coating without any left-right deviation.
Second Coating Head: This unit casts the adhesive layer of the Evapora Membrane. It adjusts the coating process according to the fabric type, ensuring strong adhesive strength for both hydrophobic and hydrophilic fabrics.
The dryer is 50 meters long and allows for temperature control in 10 stages. It precisely manages tacky time and drying speed based on the thickness of the casting membrane and the solvent composition ratio.
This process produces 3-layer products by laminating the Evapora Coated Textline, manufactured from the dry PU line, with the lining fabric. The coating patterns, design depth, coating amount, and coverage are adjusted according to the type of substrate to maintain product quality. Both hot melt powder resin and solvent-based PU resin can be used as adhesives.
This process involves one-sided water repellency treatment after coating. It significantly improves peel strength compared to primary water-repellent products and enables Teflon water repellency and W/R processing.
The drying chamber is 40 meters long, allowing for low-temperature curing to minimize damage to the fabric and PU membrane caused by heat.
This process involves ironing the fabric according to the target quality conditions to achieve a smooth finish before and after treatment.
